In 2003, Neil McClafferty (Managing Director) of was a winner of the Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust and the Royal Bank of Scotland Business Awards — Scotland's most prestigious accolade for young entrepreneurs.

A plaque was presented to Neil at the Barony Hall in Glasgow by both William Haughey OBE, Chairman of City Refrigeration Holdings (UK) Ltd., and John Boyle OBE, Chairman of The Hamilton Portfolio Ltd.
